JOB OVERVIEW

EP Solutions is a growing real estate wholesaling company based in Ohio. We are looking for a confident and motivated Acquisition Specialist to call and follow up with leads in our pipeline.

You will speak directly with property owners, understand their situation, gather property information, and help move qualified opportunities toward an offer or contract.

Position Details:

Rate: TBD
Status: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Time
Eligible for commissions on closed deals
Opportunity to grow based on performance

Responsibilities:

Call new and existing leads in the pipeline
Follow up with interested and previously contacted property owners
Build rapport and identify seller motivation
Gather information about the property, timeline, condition, and asking price
Handle objections and negotiate professionally
Maintain accurate notes and update lead statuses in Trello
Schedule follow-ups and keep leads moving through the pipeline
Prepare and send documents through DocuSign when needed
Update trackers and reports in Google Sheets
Coordinate qualified opportunities with the team
Submit a brief end-of-day report

Qualifications:

Experience in US real estate wholesaling or acquisitions
Familiarity with Trello, Smarter Contact, DocuSign, and Google Sheets
Strong spoken and written English
Confident and comfortable speaking with property owners
Good negotiation, listening, and rapport-building skills
Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups
Able to work independently and meet performance expectations
