About Us:
We are a fast-growing education company helping students in the US prepare for college admissions (SAT/ACT). We work with families and students and are expanding our support and sales team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly articulate, confident communicator with a clear American or neutral accent to handle calls, WhatsApp chats, and parent/student interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Warm Lead Follow-Up (Primary)
Contact parents who attended EduFit SAT/ACT webinars
Follow up with inbound WhatsApp and diagnostic inquiries
Answer basic questions and help families take the next step
Outbound Outreach (Secondary)
Re-engage families who expressed interest but haven’t scheduled yet
Light outreach to parent leads from community partnerships
Core Goals
Qualify parents and schedule approximately 30-40 strategy calls per week
Invite families into our WhatsApp diagnostic group
Track outreach and outcomes in a simple CRM/Google Sheet
Convert leads into enrolled students (sales mindset preferred)
Maintain CRM notes and track conversations
Must-Have Requirements:
Excellent spoken English with American/neutral accent (VERY IMPORTANT)
Prior experience in:
Call center / customer support / sales
Comfortable speaking with US clients daily
Strong communication & listening skills
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Preferred (Big Plus):
Experience in education, tutoring, or admissions
Sales or lead conversion experience
Familiar with WhatsApp / CRM tools
