What you’ll be doing

Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation and settlement
Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and case documents
Handle client communication and follow-ups with professionalism and empathy
Draft meet and confer letter, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and legal documents for review
Support litigation prep and trial readiness when cases escalate
Calendar deadlines, hearings, and key milestones—nothing slips through
Maintain clean, organized case files in Clio
Assist with probate/estate matters as needed

What we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

Prior experience with a California-based law firm
Hands-on personal injury experience (intake to pre-litigation or beyond)
Familiarity with California procedures, timelines, and legal documentation
