JOB OVERVIEW

Para Broker - Credit Analyst – Australian Mortgage Broking (Medical & Complex Lending Specialist)
Work from Home | Full-Time | 60, ---------- ,000 PHP pm

Are you an EXPERIENCED / SENIOR Para-broker or Credit Analyst ready to level up your career and be part of a thriving, high-performing team? We're an established mortgage brokerage based in Australia, specialising in Finance for Medical professionals — but we handle residential (owner-occupied and investment), commercial, SMSF, complex, and high-net-worth lending.

We're not your average brokerage. Every day is different. Every file presents a new challenge. Our clients are driven, intelligent professionals — and they expect the same from us.

That’s why we’re looking for a **GENUINLY EXPERIENCED** Credit Analyst / Para - Broker — not someone who ONLY submits applications via AOL or plays a broker support/admin role.

What We’re Looking For:

End-to-end experience: From researching borrowing structures, assessing servicing, recommending lenders, and preparing strong applications — through to following deals to settlement.

Confident across multiple loan types: You’ve worked on residential, investment, commercial, SMSF, and trusts, and you're comfortable navigating credit policy across major banks and non-bank lenders.

EXCELLENT English communication skills: You’ll liaise directly with brokers and sometimes clients — explaining your recommendations clearly and concisely.

Problem-solving mindset: You enjoy working through complex deals and helping find smart, viable solutions.

Not a support role: If your background is primarily in administration or document collection/submission only, this role is NOT suitable.

A successful applicant will have experience working with AOL, Mercury & Quickly. If you do not know what these programs are, then you are NOT qualified to enquire for this role.

Why Join Us?

* Work with a tight-knit team of 3 brokers and 3 support staff who LOVE what they do
* We have a 100% approval track record and highly satisfied clients — your work will directly impact real outcomes
* Above-market salary for the right candidate — we pay well and value skill
* A fun, fast-paced culture — every day is different, and we keep things exciting
* Full-time, permanent, work-from-home role: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm AEST

How to Apply

Please DO NOT send a CV only.

We want to hear from you.
Send us a short VIDEO INTRODUCTION (2–4 minutes) where you:

* Walk us through your experience as a Credit Analyst
* Explain the types of loans and clients you’ve worked with
* Tell us how your role differs from broker support or admin staff
* Show us your communication style and English fluency

Upload your video to Google Drive or YouTube (unlisted) and include the link in your application. Failure to do this will result in AUTOMATIC DECLINE of your application, as it will show a lack of attention to detail. ATTENTION TO DETAIL is KEY to this role.

If you're a true credit analyst who loves problem-solving, has a high attention to detail, excellent English, thrives in a high-achieving team, and wants to work on complex deals that challenge you — this is your next great opportunity.

We look forward to seeing your video!
