We're SAEGE — a fast-growing women's jewellery brand selling globally, with a strong presence on Meta. We create content that actually converts, and we're looking for a talented video editor to join us and help take our paid social creative to the next level.
This is a remote, long-term role with real creative ownership. If you're passionate about video, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and want to grow with a brand that's serious about scaling — we want to hear from you. We want someone who not only is the best paid ad video editor, but we also want someone who can think outside of the box, come up with there own ideas and isn't afraid to test something new and bring something to the table. We want someone who loves video editing for paid ads and completely understands how to make ads that keep people engaged, entertained and that can convert.

???? WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Editing 5–20+ video assets per week across a range of formats including:
- UGC-style ads
- Video mashups
- Hook variations
- Talking head edits
- Short & long form content
- VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
You'll work from raw footage and briefs we provide, delivering polished, scroll-stopping ads built for Meta (Reels & Stories).

? MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent
- Experience editing paid social ads (Meta/Instagram specifically & TikTok)
- Strong with captions, text overlays and motion graphics
- Can produce realistic AI voiceovers
- Delivers clean, colour-graded footage
- Comfortable delivering multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1)
- Reliable, communicates clearly, and can work partially in UK time

- Experience creating or incorporating AI-generated video
- Basic sound design or audio mixing

Up to $1,000/month depending on experience and output - happy to discuss further budget if needed for the right person. We're open to discussing how you prefer to work — whether that's a monthly retainer or cost-per-edit. Tell us what works for you.
