Position Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled Full-Time Paid Social Video Editor to join our creative team and help drive our aggressive scaling goals on Meta platforms. You'll work closely with our Creative Strategist and content creators to produce high-performing video ads that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Video Production: Produce 8-10 unique concept videos per week for Meta advertising campaigns
* Creative Execution: Transform creative briefs into compelling video ads across multiple formats including UGC, AI UGC, AI B-roll, and VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
* Brief Adherence: Meticulously follow creative briefs and strategist direction while maintaining attention to detail throughout the editing process
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Strategist to implement feedback, refine concepts, and iterate on creative approaches
* Quality Control: Ensure all video outputs meet brand standards and performance benchmarks
* Asset Management: Organize and maintain video assets, templates, and project files efficiently
* Performance Optimization: Adapt editing techniques based on creative performance data and platform best practices
Experience Requirements
* 2+ years of proven experience creating Meta ad creatives for direct-response e-commerce brands
* Extensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in:
UGC (User-Generated Content) ads
AI UGC ads
AI B-roll ads
VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
* Track record of producing ads that have driven measurable performance results
Technical Skills
* Expert proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
* Strong understanding of Meta ad specifications, platform requirements, and best practices
* Experience with AI tools for content creation (e.g., HeyGen, Arc Ads, ElevenLabs, or similar)
* Knowledge of motion graphics and text animation
* Understanding of sound design and audio mixing for social media
Key Competencies
* Exceptional attention to detail with ability to follow briefs precisely
* Strong understanding of direct-response advertising principles
* Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure while maintaining quality
* Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
* Strong communication skills for collaborating with remote teams
* Creative problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
* Experience designing static ads for Meta platforms
* Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma)
* Experience in the hunting, outdoor, tactical, or consumer electronics niches
* Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and creative performance metrics
Portfolio Requirements
Your portfolio must include:
* Multiple examples of UGC-style ads you've edited
* Examples of AI UGC ads demonstrating realistic execution
* AI B-roll ads showing creative use of AI-generated footage
* Before/after examples or case studies showing performance results (if available)
