JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
The Paid Social & Performance Content Specialist creates, adapts and deploys high-quality creative that performs across TikTok Paid, Meta Paid, YouTube, Google (Demand Gen/YouTube/Display), Yelp 1P, DTC, email/SMS and third-party marketplaces.
We’re looking for a self-governing, fast, commercially minded creator who understands that creative is a core performance lever. You should be comfortable operating with minimal direction while staying aligned to brand guardrails, campaign priorities and performance feedback.
AI is central to the workflow, but human judgment, brand sensibility and final creative control always sit on top. This role sits inside the paid performance engine, where speed, consistency and quality matter as much as ideas.

What You’ll Do
Paid Strategy & Planning
Support execution of performance-driven paid creative strategy.
Maintain weekly/monthly creative calendars aligned to campaigns and launches.
Translate briefs from Paid Media, Ecommerce and Marketing into platform-ready creative for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google, Yelp 1P, DTC, email/SMS and marketplaces.
Propose creative angles, formats and tests based on performance trends.
Paid Creative Production
Produce platform-native assets including:
Short-form vertical video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Mid-form YouTube creative
Static images and carousels
UGC-style performance video
Write conversion-oriented hooks, captions and CTAs.
Optimize creative for pacing, framing, text density and platform best practices.
Ensure all work meets brand standards while feeling native to each channel.
AI-Powered Workflow
Use AI tools for hook generation, A/B testing, video editing, thumbnail/caption variants and rapid iteration at scale.
Balance efficiency with brand integrity, treating AI as a production amplifier, not the decision maker.
Publishing, QA & Alignment
Prepare assets to exact specs for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Yelp and marketplaces.
Partner closely with Paid Media teams/agencies for smooth implementation.
Maintain organized asset libraries and clear naming conventions.
Ecommerce & Marketplace Integration
Design creative that supports conversion and product discovery.
Align timing and messaging with DTC promotions, paid campaigns, email/SMS and marketplace initiatives.
Ensure marketplace assets meet platform requirements while preserving brand consistency.
Performance & Learning
Review results including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPV, hook rate, watch time and view-through signals.
Refine storytelling, structure and hooks based on data.
Share concise creative learnings with stakeholders.
Collaboration & Trends
Work cross-functionally with Paid Media, Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams.
Stay current on platform updates and ad best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google and Yelp.

You Bring
2–5 years experience in paid social creative, performance content, or ecommerce marketing.
Proven track record of high-performing short-form video and static paid assets.
Experience working with paid teams or agencies preferred.
Familiarity with YouTube and Google ad formats a strong plus.
Comfort owning workflows and deliverables with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of CTR, CPC, CPA, CPV and hook rate.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
A portfolio demonstrating TikTok, Meta, YouTube and ecommerce-oriented paid creative is required.
Tools
Native ad tools across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and Yelp.
Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for variation and testing.
Ability to build scalable, repeatable creative workflows.
