We're a London-based Shopify ecommerce growth agency with a small team in the Philippines, looking for a Paid Social & Creative Manager to own Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance creative across multiple client accounts.
This isn't just a media buying role. You'll be responsible for the full creative pipeline, from sourcing and briefing UGC creators, to producing AI-generated ad creatives, to building and optimising the campaigns that run them. You'll work closely with our web developer to brief bespoke landing pages and test them against campaign performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building, managing, and optimising Meta Ads campaigns
- Building, managing, and optimising TikTok Ads campaigns
- Creating high-performing ad creatives using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, Nano Banana, etc.)
- Sourcing, briefing, and managing UGC creators and influencers for ad content
- Scripting and storyboarding UGC briefs that align with campaign objectives
- Editing short-form video content for ads (hooks, testimonials, product demos)
- Working with our web developer to brief and test bespoke landing pages that improve CVR
- Analysing campaign data to identify winning creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Running structured creative testing frameworks (hook tests, format tests, audience tests)
- Setting up and managing conversion tracking via Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Events API
- Managing ad spend budgets and pacing across accounts
- Producing clear performance reports with actionable next steps
- Staying on top of platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years hands-on Meta Ads management experience (case studies or results required)
- Proven experience with TikTok Ads
- Strong creative eye, you understand what makes people stop scrolling
- Experience sourcing and managing UGC creators or influencers
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Understanding of direct response creative principles and how creative drives performance
- Experience with ecommerce brands and Shopify stores
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable analysing results and making decisions from numbers
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Strong English communication (written)
- Available to work UK business hours (9am-5pm GMT)
