Location: Remote (Open to international candidates)

***About the Role
Harbor House Living is a premium home and lifestyle brand focused on elevated design, quality, and thoughtful storytelling. We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts with a strong focus on conversion efficiency and performance-driven growth for the U.S. market.

This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing paid media for U.S.-based DTC or e-commerce brands.

***Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads Management
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, CTR, and spend pacing
- Optimize product feeds and campaign structure to improve efficiency
- Protect and manage branded search campaigns for the U.S. market

2. Meta Ads Management
- Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Optimize audiences, creatives, and placements based on performance data
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and conversion rate
- Execute creative testing using provided assets and guidance

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Review performance regularly and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare clear weekly or bi-weekly performance summaries
- Flag issues, trends, and recommendations proactively

4. Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align paid media execution with brand goals
- Follow clear direction while providing data-backed recommendations when appropriate
- Communicate clearly with a U.S.-based team and align with U.S. business expectations

***Qualifications
- Proven experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with DTC or e-commerce brands
- Direct experience managing U.S.-based clients or U.S.-focused ad accounts
- Strong understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, conversion benchmarks, and platform best practices
- Comfortable working with performance data and analytics
- Familiarity with GA4 and Shopify analytics is a plus
- Clear communication skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working with U.S. time zones (EST)

***Nice to Have
- Experience with premium or lifestyle brands
- Understanding of product feed optimization
- Experience working with international teams while supporting U.S. customers
- Ability to suggest improvements beyond basic execution/At least 5 year's experience.
