My program, gutTogether® helps women from all over the world find relief from their digestive symptoms by pinpointing and addressing the root cause. I am an author, a speaker and mentor to other dietitians and healthcare practitioners and my mission is to revolutionize the approach to digestive care by shifting away from conventional methods and instead empowering individuals to comprehend the origins of their symptoms while equipping them with preventive strategies.

Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven, execution-focused Performance Marketing & SEO Associate to help scale our digital growth through paid advertising and organic search.
This role will focus primarily on:
• Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Meta + Google)
• Driving organic traffic through SEO strategy and blog optimization
You will work closely with Dr. Heather Finley and the Operations team to execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads for our programs and trainings.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Core Responsibilities
-Paid Media Strategy & Implementation
-Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
-Meta
-Google Ads (Search & retargeting)
Responsibilities include:
-Campaign setup and management
-Audience research and targeting
-Ad creative testing and optimization
-Retargeting funnel creation
-Budget management
-Performance analysis and reporting
Campaigns will focus on promoting:
-Webinars and live trainings
-Functional testing offers (GI Map, HTMA)
-Practitioner trainings
-Lead generation funnels
Key metrics include:
-Cost per lead
-Cost per webinar registration
-ROAS
-Conversion rate
SEO Strategy & Blog Optimization
-Support organic traffic growth through SEO initiatives including:
-Keyword research and topic identification
-Blog optimization (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking)
-Updating older blog content to improve ranking
-Monitoring keyword performance
-Identifying opportunities for new pillar content
This role will help ensure blog and podcast content contributes to long-term search traffic and lead generation.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
-Support improvements to marketing funnels including:
-Webinar registration pages
-Lead magnet opt-in pages
-Sales pages
Responsibilities include:
-Tracking conversion events
-Monitoring funnel performance
-Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates
Content Repurposing Support (Secondary)
-Assist with repurposing existing content into additional marketing assets including:
-Blog snippets for social media
-Podcast promotion content
-Paid ad creative concepts
This role does not manage social media directly, but supports content distribution where needed.
Who Are You?
The ideal candidate has experience in performance marketing and SEO, particularly within education, wellness, or online programs.
Qualifications include:
-Minimum 3–5 years experience in digital marketing
-Experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
-Understanding of marketing funnels and attribution
-Experience with SEO and keyword strategy
-Comfortable working with WordPress
-Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting
-Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Bonus experience:
-Marketing in health, wellness, or education industries
-Experience promoting webinars or digital programs
-Familiarity with ThriveCart or similar platforms
KPIs (First 90 Days)
-Key performance indicators will focus on traffic growth and lead generation, including:
-Paid Media
-Launch and optimize at least 2 paid campaigns
-Reduce cost per webinar registration by 15%
-Improve conversion rate on paid traffic campaigns
SEO
-Increase organic blog traffic by 10–15%
-Improve ranking for priority keywords
-Optimize at least 10 existing blog posts
Operations
-Establish weekly reporting dashboard for paid campaigns and traffic performance
