We are not looking for a junior ads manager.
We are hiring a highly experienced Paid Media Performance Strategist who can take full ownership of paid advertising performance across multiple client accounts — with zero training required.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, while strategically integrating
You will own:
- Performance strategy
- Budget allocation
- Tracking implementation
- Conversion optimization

This is a high-trust, high-accountability role. You must be confident operating independently and making strategic decisions without oversight. If you require hand-holding or ongoing training, this is not the right fit.
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Google Local Service Ads
- Meta Ads
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
- LinkedIn Ads
- OTT platforms
- Geofencing
- Multi-location campaigns
- You must have independently managed live budgets and made optimization decisions based on performance data — not theory.
Performance & Revenue Accountability
You are not managing ads. You are managing results. You will be responsible for:
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Conversion rate optimization
- Lead quality improvement
- Scaling winning campaigns
- You must be able to identify underperformance and implement corrective strategy quickly and independently.
Advanced Tracking & Attribution
You must be fully comfortable implementing and managing:
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel & Conversion API (CAPI)
- Enhanced Conversions (Google)
- UTM tracking structures
- Offline conversion imports
- CRM attribution workflows
- Retargeting strategy implementation
- Experience with call tracking platforms (ex: CallRail) is a plus.
- If you do not understand attribution, conversion tracking, and data accuracy, this role is not a fit.

You will strategically integrate
Responsibilities may include:
- Building and managing campaigns in Mailchimp (or similar platforms)
- Developing nurture and remarketing sequences aligned with paid campaigns
- List segmentation and audience targeting strategy
- Performance tracking and optimization of
- Supporting automated workflows that connect paid ads and CRM systems

Automation & Systems
You will build and manage automation systems using:
- Zapier
- CRM integrations
- Lead routing workflows
- Reporting automations
- We are building scalable systems. You must think in terms of process and efficiency.
Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization
Strong understanding of:
- Landing page strategy
- Offer positioning
- Creative testing
- Funnel optimization
- A/B testing frameworks
- Ads are only part of the equation. You must understand the full conversion funnel.
Creative Development
You must be capable of:
- Designing static ad creative independently
- Developing high-converting copy angles
- Testing hooks and messaging variations
- Creating simple motion assets (preferred)
- You do not need to be a designer — but you must be competent enough to execute without waiting on others.
Client Communication
This is a client-facing role. You must be able to:
- Explain performance clearly
- Communicate insights confidently
- Make strategic recommendations
- Defend decisions with data
- Strong written and spoken English is mandatory.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- 4+ years managing paid digital campaigns independently
-Proven experience managing monthly budgets of $5,000+ USD per account
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and Meta Ads
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM
- Experience implementing tracking pixels and retargeting strategies
- Experience using Zapier for workflow automation
- Experience managing performance-driven
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Fully fluent English communication skills****
- Reliable high-speed internet
Availability
Must be available 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Additional flexibility outside those hours is a plus.
Compensation
This is a remote position based in the Philippines. Compensation will be very competitive based on experience and skill level. Performance-based incentives will absolutely be offered for strong results.
