We're looking for an experienced paid media manager who understands the pay per lead model at a strategic level and has experience managing campaigns that generate thousands of leads every month while building the internal systems required to support consistency and guidance for junior media buyers.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience managing direct response lead generation in B2C vertical like Personal Injury
• Proven experience managing profitable lead generation campaigns
• Experience managing or leading a team of media buyers
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and X
• Understanding of landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation
• Experience with tracking tools and integrations such as Google Tag Manager and Zapier
• Experience building systems or processes that improve media buying operations
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning
• Develop and execute scalable media buying strategies for lead generation campaigns
• Plan campaign structures, audiences, creatives and funnels to maximise ROI
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns across multiple traffic sources
Campaign Management
• Launch, monitor and optimise campaigns to meet target CPLs & CVRs across multiple advertising platforms
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend
• Continuously test audiences, creatives and funnels to improve performance
• Maintain consistent campaign performance across multiple accounts
Team Leadership
• Manage and oversee a small team of media buyers
• Provide guidance, training and performance feedback
• Ensure campaigns are executed according to strategy and best practices
• Maintain accountability for team performance and campaign outcomes
Systems and Operational Management
• Develop and maintain systems that improve media buying efficiency and consistency
• Create and manage SOPs for campaign setup, optimisation and reporting
• Implement workflows that ensure campaign quality control and reduce errors
• Improve processes to support campaign scaling and team productivity
Data Analysis, Research and Reporting
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities and inefficiencies
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy
- Produce performance reports with actionable insights
- Use data to guide scaling decisions and budget allocation
- Comfortable with google sheets and other reporting tools
Advertising Platforms
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• X
• TikTok Ads
Creative Development
- Be comfortable writing direct response text copy & video scripts
- Develop static ad creatives to improve campaign performance
- Work with designers to iterate and optimise creatives
- Experience developing video creatives is a strong advantage +
Landing Page Development
- Build and optimise landing pages, quiz funnels designed to maximise lead conversions
- Conduct test and improvements to increase conversion rates
Tracking and Software Integration
- Implement and manage tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager
- Integrate marketing tools using platforms like Zapier
- Ensure accurate data tracking and attribution across campaigns
- Comfortable creating reports and dashboards using Google Sheet
