JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are a growing digital marketing agency focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses generate predictable, measurable leads. As we expand our agency heading into 2026, paid advertising is becoming a more central part of how we drive results for our clients.

We’re looking for a Digital Ads Manager who lives and breathes paid media — someone who enjoys being inside ad platforms all day, testing, optimizing, and improving performance.

This role is execution-first. You won’t be expected to manage clients, build landing pages, or handle sales calls. Instead, you’ll own paid advertising performance across platforms and collaborate closely with a team that supports copy, landing pages, strategy, and client communication.

Mission of the Position: Tp build and manage paid advertising systems that deliver predictable, measurable lead generation for our clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Monitor budgets, bids, pacing, and performance to hit lead generation goals
• Write and/or refine short-form ad copy (with team collaboration)
• Continuously test: Audiences, Keywords, Ad variations, Creative formats
• Diagnose performance issues and recommend clear next steps
• Review campaign data and translate results into insights the team can act on
• Collaborate with landing page and copy teams to improve conversion rates
• Maintain clean, organized account structures and documentation

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

You don’t need to be a developer — but you do need to be technically confident. You’ll be expected to:

• Work comfortably with GA4
• Understand and navigate Google Tag Manager
• QA conversion tracking and flag issues early
• Understand attribution limitations and platform reporting differences
• Review CRM-level data to assess lead quality (with internal support)
• Contribute to reporting by explaining what’s happening and why

What Success Looks Like:

In this role, success means:

• Campaigns are structured cleanly and logically
• Budgets are paced correctly
• Performance improves over time through testing and optimization
• Tracking issues are identified early
• Insights are clearly communicated to the team
• You proactively flag opportunities and problems
• You operate independently, but collaboratively

Google and Meta are our core platforms — but we believe opportunities exist beyond the obvious channels. Experience with or interest in testing platforms like Reddit ads and other niche or emerging paid channels is a plus, not a requirement. Curiosity, thoughtful experimentation, and a test-and-learn mindset matter more than mastery here.

Please address your note/cover letter to Liz.

Why Join Us? Here Are Our Core Values:

• Lead with Excellence: We hire the best and empower them to drive results.
• Radical Transparency: We develop mutual trust by engaging in open, honest conversations.
• Spark Action: Everything we do for our clients is laser-focused on their goals.
• Have a Sunny Disposition: We maintain an optimistic outlook by turning challenges into opportunities.
