JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Paid Media Buyer to manage and scale our Facebook (Meta) or Google Ads or Tiktok ads campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, analytical, and performance-focused, with strong experience in campaign execution, optimization, and lead generation.
You will play a key role in driving high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, and managing day-to-day ad account operations.

Main Responsibilities
1) Paid Media Buying & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
Set up and manage campaign structures, audiences, and targeting
Implement and monitor tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, conversion events)
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling efforts
Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives

2) Optimization & Performance Marketing
Monitor and optimize key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Conduct A/B testing (ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages)
Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns
Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and improve efficiency
Continuously refine targeting and funnel performance

3) Reporting & Analytics
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
Use tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Ads Manager, Looker Studio
Translate data into clear recommendations and next steps

4) Collaboration & Support
Work with creative teams on ad creatives and copy direction
Coordinate with marketing team on campaign strategy and launches
Support overall lead generation and funnel improvements

Requirements
Proven experience managing Facebook Ads & Google Ads accounts
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
Experience in lead generation campaigns
Familiarity with tracking tools (Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4)
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Nice to Have
Experience in fitness / gym / MMA-related marketing
Strong ad copywriting and creative strategy skills
Experience with landing page optimization
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation

Performance Expectations (Important)

Achieve target CPL / CPA / ROAS benchmarks
Maintain well-structured and organized ad accounts
Provide timely reporting and insights
