JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Advertising Manager to take ownership of our paid ads across Google and Meta and play a key role in growing the marketing side of the business.

This is a long-term, flexible role suited to someone who is self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable coming up with their own ideas for scaling traffic and revenue. As we plan to launch additional stores, there is clear potential for this role to grow into leading a small paid media team in the future.

About Us
We are a UK-based e-commerce brand operating in the pottery and ceramics space, selling both high-ticket and accessory products online. We focus on sustainable growth, strong brand positioning, and data-led decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta
• Manage Google Shopping campaigns as well as Google Search campaigns
• Take ownership of Meta ads across Facebook and Instagram, including testing creatives, audiences, and offers
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and scale winning campaigns responsibly
• Develop full-funnel strategies to support both high-ticket and lower-ticket products

Growth & Strategy
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow traffic, conversions, and revenue
• Test new campaign structures, messaging angles, and audiences
• Explore additional paid channels where appropriate
• Balance performance goals with long-term brand building

Reporting & Ownership
• Track and report on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue contribution
• Make data-driven decisions without needing constant direction
• Communicate insights and next steps clearly

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of Google Shopping ads and Search ads
• Demonstrated track record of profitable Meta ad campaigns
• Experience with longer decision-cycle or higher-ticket products
• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable taking ownership
• Strategic thinker who enjoys testing and optimisation

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling multiple ad accounts or brands
• Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce tracking
• Experience eventually managing or mentoring junior tea ---------- mbers

Role Details

• Fully remote
• Long-term position
• Very flexible hours
• Pay flexible and negotiable based on experience and results
• Opportunity to grow into a team lead role as new stores launch
