Paid Ads & PPC Manager

We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads & PPC Manager to own and scale our paid advertising efforts across search and social platforms for one of our growing consumer brands, especially on Amazon platform.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes paid traffic, understands how to turn data into decisions, and knows how to profitably scale campaigns without burning budget.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across search and social platforms
- Manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting)
- Continuously optimize bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, and creatives to improve ROAS
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear actions and improvements
- Test new strategies, creatives, and campaign structures to drive growth
- Provide regular performance reports with clear takeaways and next steps

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns with real performance results in particular on Amazon
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Deep understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization best practices
- Experience scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency

Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Clear communication skills - you can explain results and strategy simply
