Our dental implant centers are a growing dental practice focused on helping patients restore their confidence and quality of life through advanced dental implant solutions.
We rely heavily on digital marketing and paid advertising to generate high-quality patient leads. We are looking for a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to help manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
This is a long-term full-time position for someone experienced in performance marketing and lead generation.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist who has hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple ad platforms including Meta
The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in optimizing campaigns to improve cost per lead and overall marketing performance.
You will be responsible for launching, managing, testing, and scaling advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, Bing, and TikTok
• Optimize campaigns to improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets and targeting accordingly
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversions
• Ensure proper pixel tracking and conversion tracking are implemented
• Collaborate with the team to improve landing pages and marketing funnels
• Scale successful campaigns while minimizing wasted ad spend
• Provide regular campaign performance reports
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Proven experience running lead generation campaigns
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and performance optimization
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across multiple platforms
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a remote team
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
• Experience in healthcare, dental, or local lead generation marketing
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools
• Experience improving landing page conversion rates
• Experience working with funnels and multi-step lead generation processes
