About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Ads & Creative Strategist who understands both performance marketing and creative strategy. This role is ideal for someone who can not only manage paid advertising campaigns but also think strategically about the creative angles, messaging, and ad concepts that drive conversions.
You will work closely with our team to plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns, while continuously testing new creative ideas to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta
• Develop creative strategies and ad concepts that drive engagement and conversions
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-performing ad creatives
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audiences
• Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones
• Stay updated on paid advertising trends and platform updates
Requirements
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of creative strategy for ads (hooks, messaging, angles)
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for performance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
Nice to Have
• Experience running lead generation campaigns
• Experience working with creative testing frameworks
• Familiarity with marketing funnels and landing pages
• Experience working in remote teams
