JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Media Buyer who specializes in Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads within the life insurance space.

This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who understands how to generate high-intent leads, not just traffic.

You will be responsible for managing campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, creative direction, testing, optimization, and scaling.

Responsibilities

Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube preferred)
Develop high-converting ad creatives (videos and images/posters)
Write compelling ad copy focused on lead generation
Generate high-quality, high-intent leads for:
Final Expense Insurance
Mortgage Protection Insurance
Whole Life / Life Insurance
Continuously test different creatives, audiences, hooks, and angles
Analyze performance and scale winning ads while cutting underperforming ads quickly
Optimize funnels to improve conversion rates and lead quality

Creative Requirements

Ability to create or direct high-converting video ads (UGC-style, storytelling, strong hooks)
Ability to create clean, engaging image ads/posters
Strong understanding of attention-grabbing hooks and conversion-focused messaging

Requirements

Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience in life insurance or financial services lead generation is highly preferred
Strong understanding of CPL, ROAS, and lead quality vs volume
Ability to identify winning campaigns quickly and make data-driven decisions
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
Long-term mindset and willingness to grow with the company
