The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)
We’re hiring a Paid Ads Specialist who understands that ads don’t exist to look pretty—they exist to drive real results. You’ll manage paid advertising for multiple clients, continuously optimize performance, and clearly communicate what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.
This is a collaborative role. You’ll work closely with strategists, marketers, and account managers. If you vanish after launch or hate accountability, this won’t be a fit.

Core Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms
Write ad copy and coordinate creative testing
Manage and optimize campaigns daily for conversions, CPL, and ROAS
Manage and pace budgets responsibly
Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and placements
Deliver clear weekly performance reports (results, insights, next steps)
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and reporting trackers
Collaborate with the team to align ads with client goals and funnel strategy
Support additional tasks that help the team operate efficiently
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Strong spoken and written English (client-facing communication required)
Proven experience managing paid ads for multiple clients or brands
Ability to clearly explain performance, trends, and recommendations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working night shift PH time aligned with U.S. hours
Reliable internet and professional remote work setup
