JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
Nolters Gold is a U.S.-based solid gold jewelry brand selling 10K and 14K gold jewelry through Shopify, Etsy, and eBay. We've been in business for four years and are growing steadily. We're looking for an experienced paid ads specialist to manage and improve our Meta and Google advertising.

About the Role
We currently spend approximately $4,000–5,000/month on ads and use AdScale for campaign automation. You will monitor performance, catch issues the automation misses, test new creatives, and keep our tracking and product feed healthy. This is a long-term, part-time position.

Responsibilities
- Monitor Meta and Google Ads performance daily through AdScale and the native ad platforms (ROAS, CPA, spend pacing)
- Intervene manually when automated decisions underperform or budgets are misallocated
- Manage Google Performance Max asset groups and review search term reports for negative keywords
- Plan and test ad creatives (images, short videos, ad copy) and refresh fatigued ads
- Maintain Google Merchant Center feed health: resolve disapprovals and price/availability mismatches
- Verify that Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking, and GA4 are working correctly
- Plan seasonal campaigns (BFCM, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other key jewelry seasons)
- Submit a weekly performance summary: spend, revenue, ROAS, what worked, what didn't, and next week's plan

Requirements
- Proven experience running paid ads for jewelry brands (required)
- Hands-on experience with both Meta Ads and Google Ads, including Performance Max
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and Shopify
- Solid understanding of pixel/CAPI and conversion tracking
- Clear written English and reliable communication
- Experience with AdScale is a plus

Work Details
- Flexible schedule
- Payment: Twice monthly via Wise
- Time tracking: Time Doctor
- Account access is provided through partner/staff permissions. Budget changes above an agreed threshold require owner approval.

How to Apply
Please include the following in your application:
1. Jewelry brands you've run ads for, with the results you achieved (ROAS, revenue, or spend managed)
2. Your experience with Google Performance Max and Merchant Center
3. A screenshot or sample of ad creatives you've made or managed
4. Start your application with the words "GOLD ADS" so we know you read the full post.
