JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing business with an existing audience of over 600,000 contacts - and we're ready to scale. We're looking for a skilled paid ads specialist who can turn that reach into real results on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). If you know how to drive ROAS and you're hungry to grow with a business that rewards performance, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing:

- Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta - working with our large existing contact base of 600,000+
- Monitor performance daily and send clear, regular reports on key metrics
- Continuously test and refine targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve ROI
- Bring ideas - we're open to what works, and we reward people who take initiative

What we're looking for:

- Proven, hands-on experience running Meta and TikTok ad campaigns
- Confident reading and acting on ad metrics — ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without hand-holding
- Reliable internet and available during agreed hours
- Portfolio or proof of past campaigns — this is a must

Compensation & growth:

- Starting salary: $200/month (month one only - to verify your work style and results)
- Performance target: $500/month
- Bonuses available based on results
- Salary increases are based on performance, not time served - top performers get there fast
