Compensation: 80,000/month
Work Setup: Full-time, Remote
Team Location: Philippines-based team only
Company: In-house MedSpa (not an agency)

We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with real medical aesthetics experience to manage and scale paid media for a growing MedSpa brand. This is a long-term, in-house role for someone who already understands how to market injectable and medical treatments compliantly and profitably.

Medical aesthetics advertising experience is REQUIRED.
This role is not suitable for general media buyers or agency-only backgrounds.

What You’ll Do

Own and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns end-to-end

Run and optimize Google Ads (Search & retargeting)

Launch and scale campaigns for:

Botox & neurotoxins

Dermal fillers

Medical weight loss programs

Laser treatments

Test creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels

Monitor CPL, lead quality, booking rates, and ROAS

Ensure compliance with medical and platform advertising policies

Collaborate directly with our internal marketing team

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

At least 2 years of hands-on medical aesthetics marketing

Direct experience running ads for:

Botox and fillers
Weight loss services
Laser procedures

Advanced knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads

Strong working proficiency in Google Ads

Experience generating high-quality leads, not just form fills

Philippines-based candidates only

This Role Is NOT For:

Beginners or entry-level media buyers

Non-medical niches (ecommerce, real estate, generic lead gen)

Agency contractors juggling multiple clients
