ZM Consulting is an AI-powered consulting agency helping coaches and service businesses scale. We run paid Meta campaigns for our coaching clients and have a full system built, strategy, SOP, and AI-assisted scripting tools already in place.

What You Will Own
Execute campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager following a clear SOP — no guesswork
Use our AI scripting tool and framework to keep a consistent pipeline of fresh ad copy and hooks
Monitor active campaigns, flag anything that needs attention
Work closely with the founder — fast feedback loops, clear direction and ideas

You Are a Fit If
You have run Meta campaigns before and are comfortable inside Ads Manager
You can follow a system without needing your hand held
You are proactive — you spot something off, you say something
Strategy input is welcome but not required, execution is the priority
You have ran ad campaigns for online coaches on instagram (particularly fitness coaches)
