JOB OVERVIEW

We are scaling a newsletter for pilots using paid media and need an expert to own the entire ads operation.
What you'll do:

Build and launch Facebook ad campaigns from scratch
Create ad creatives and write compelling copy
Design landing pages and lead magnets that convert
Scale ad spend from zero to thousands of dollars per day

What you must have:

Proven Facebook ads experience — we want to see accounts you've scaled
Experience with lead generation and lead magnets
Ability to build landing pages that speak directly to customer pain points
Familiarity with Claude AI (you'll use it daily)
Bonus if you've worked with Beehiiv or similar newsletter platforms

What you'll get:

A strong base salary
Monthly performance bonuses
The last person in this role earned an extra $25,000–$30,000 per year in bonuses + pay
