SALARY:
Base: $300-400/month
Performance bonus: $200-500/month
based on ROAS and sales results

We are a premium US wellness supplement
brand at ---------- looking for a
results-driven paid ads manager who
wants to earn serious money by delivering
serious results.

This is not a job for someone who
wants to just manage ads and collect
a salary. This is for someone who
wants to WIN and get paid for winning.

If you hit targets you earn bonuses
that double your base salary.
If you deliver zero results you
will not last long.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Meta Ads:
Create and manage Facebook and
Instagram ad campaigns
Write FDA compliant ad copy
Build and test audiences daily
Scale winning campaigns
Target ROAS: 2.5x minimum

TikTok Ads:
Manage TikTok ad campaigns
Optimize for conversions
Test new creatives weekly
Monitor performance daily

Daily Tasks:
Send morning report every day by 9am
Monitor campaigns every 4 hours
Pause losing ads immediately
Scale winning ads proactively
Communicate proactively always

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

Required experience:
Minimum 2 years managing Meta Ads
Experience with health or supplement
brands specifically
Proven ROAS results — show me numbers
Knowledge of FDA health claims compliance
Experience with TikTok Ads Manager

Required skills:
Campaign structure and optimization
Audience research and targeting
Ad copywriting for health products
Performance analysis and reporting
Pixel setup and conversion tracking

BONUS STRUCTURE:

Month 1 bonus:
$100 bonus if first sale within 7 days
$200 bonus if 10+ sales in month 1

Month 2+ bonus:
5% of revenue above $3,000/month
$300 bonus if ROAS above 2.5x
$500 bonus if revenue above $10,000

This means if you generate $10,000
in sales in month 2 you earn:
$400 base + $500 performance bonus
= $900 that month
