JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is a full-time position, open to qualified candidates who can work remotely or on-site from our General Santos City office.

You’ll be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns while working closely with our team and clients to improve lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Create, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
Manage campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
YouTube Ads
TikTok Ads
Other paid advertising platforms
Monitor KPIs including CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign performance
Analyze campaign data and recommend strategies to improve results
Prepare campaign reports and present recommendations to clients in fluent English
Onboard new clients and manage ongoing client communication
Work closely with the marketing team to develop growth strategies
Assist with campaign planning, budgeting, and testing
Manage campaigns inside GoHighLevel and integrate with client marketing systems
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience
Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads
Experience using GoHighLevel
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong client communication and presentation skills
Leadership and project management experience
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work setup
Portfolio Required
