Role Overview

We’re looking for a Lead Generation & Paid Ads Specialist who can plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate high-quality leads.

You will be responsible for managing ad campaigns, improving performance, and continuously testing to increase conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns (primarily Facebook/Instagram, with potential for Google Ads)
Create and test high-converting ad creatives and copy
Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on data (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
Build and manage lead generation strategies
Work with funnels and landing pages to improve conversion rates
Track performance and provide clear reporting and insights
Collaborate with the team on strategy and improvements

Requirements
Proven experience running Facebook Ads (Meta Ads) campaigns
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
Experience writing ad copy and understanding what converts
Good English communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently

Nice to Have
Experience with Go High Level (GHL)
Experience with Google Ads
Knowledge of funnels and landing page optimization
Experience with retargeting and scaling campaigns
