Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Your Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Build, manage, and scale
Ad Creative & Copy:
Develop engaging ad copy, hooks, and creatives that align with each brand’s tone and drive clicks + conversions.
Audience Targeting:
Expertly segment and target interest-based, behavior-based, custom, and lookalike audiences to maximize relevance and performance.
Pixel Setup & Conversion Tracking:
Configure and manage
Budget Optimization:
Strategically allocate ad spend and adjust bidding to reduce CPL and increase overall lead quality.
Performance Monitoring:
Use Meta Ads Manager and
A/B Testing:
Test different creatives, copies, CTAs, and audiences to determine what works best and scale accordingly.
Must-Have Skills & Requirements:
1. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in
Proven track record of running high-performing Meta ad campaigns for service or healthcare-based industries.
2. Expertise in audience strategy, budget control, and performance tracking.
3. Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, Conversion API, and GTM.
4. Strong creative sense for visuals and ad messaging.
5. Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus):
Experience working with med spas, dental, wellness, or healthcare brands.
Google Ads understanding (not mandatory).
Familiarity with analytics or automation tools.
