JOB OVERVIEW

We are a forward-thinking functional medicine practice seeking a highly capable virtual assistant to support our marketing and growth efforts.

This role is heavily focused on ad creation and performance marketing. You will be responsible for developing short-form video ads that capture attention, create emotional connection, and drive action. The ability to craft compelling hooks and messaging that make viewers feel like they’ve finally found what’s been missing is essential.

Experience with AI-powered tools (such as AdCreative.ai, HeyGen, Perplexity, and similar platforms) is required. A genuine interest in AI is non-negotiable—we are looking for someone who actively embraces new technology, experiments with it, and uses it to produce better, faster, and more effective marketing.

We prefer someone familiar with the health and wellness industry, fluent in English, and able to periodically overlap with Eastern Time Zone hours. Transparent collaboration matters, so comfort with time-tracking tools (like Hubstaff) is expected.
