Canyon State Insurance is looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant with insurance accounting experience, QuickBooks experience, and hands-on experience using the EZLYNX Commissions module.
Pay: $250 350 USD per month
Position: Remote | Part-Time
IMPORTANT:
? You MUST have prior insurance bookkeeping/accounting experience.
? You MUST have experience using the EZLYNX Commissions module.
? You MUST have QuickBooks experience.
? You MUST have experience running reports in EZLYNX.
? Applicants without insurance accounting, QuickBooks, and EZLYNX experience will NOT be considered.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A. EZLYNX COMMISSIONS
? Process and reconcile commissions within EZLYNX.
? Review carrier commission statements.
? Match carrier statements to agency records.
? Identify and resolve commission discrepancies.
? Generate commission and accounting reports within EZLYNX.
? Maintain accurate commission records.
B. QUICKBOOKS ACCOUNTING
? Reconcile QuickBooks transactions on a weekly basis.
? Match deposits and commission payments.
? Categorize transactions accurately.
? Assist with monthly bookkeeping tasks.
? Maintain accurate financial records.
? Help keep the books current and organized.
C. INSURANCE BOOKKEEPING
? Reconcile EZLYNX commissions with QuickBooks.
? Track outstanding commissions and receivables.
? Review agency income for accuracy.
? Organize accounting documentation.
? Assist with month-end reconciliations.
D. REPORTING & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
? Generate reports from EZLYNX.
? Prepare commission reconciliation reports.
? Upload and organize accounting documents.
? Maintain agency records.
? Assist with other accounting and administrative projects as needed.
