?? **HIRING — PROPERTY MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR (PHILIPPINES)**

We are specifically looking for people who already deal with:

• UK property maintenance and repairs
• Contractor and supplier coordination
• Booking engineers and tradespeople
• Tenant/resident communication
• Property managers and landlords
• Work orders and maintenance requests
• Quotes and approvals
• Chasing contractors for ETAs and updates
• Completion reports, photos and certificates
• Emergency and same-day maintenance
• London and wider UK properties

**IMPORTANT:** Please only apply if you are **currently working in a property-management-related role** and already understand UK maintenance operations.

Experience coordinating maintenance across **London is strongly preferred.**

We are looking for people who understand the job already — this is **not an entry-level position**.
