POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee web development and SEO projects for Bay Legal, PC, a full-service California law firm. You will lead the team, keep every project moving forward, and serve as the main point of contact for clients and management. You do not need to be a web or SEO expert, but you need enough working knowledge to understand the work, ask the right questions, and spot when something is off. This is a leadership and coordination role, and you will own delivery, team accountability, and clear communication across every project you manage.

Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (California), Monday to Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee all web development and SEO projects and make sure work advances on schedule
2. Turn client requests and feedback into clear tasks and assign them to the right team members
3. Review deliverables for quality and completeness before they are finalized
4. Lead the team, run regular check-ins, and keep everyone accountable and aligned
5. Serve as the main point of contact for client and stakeholder updates
6. Provide management with weekly progress reports and flag risks early with proposed solutions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. 3 or more years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing, web development, or an agency setting
2. Proven experience managing a team, including assigning tasks, reviewing work, and holding team members accountable
3. Strong understanding of team dynamics, with the ability to keep a team motivated, productive, and aligned
4. Working knowledge of web development, including WordPress, landing pages, and the general website build process
5. Working knowledge of SEO, including on-page, technical, and local SEO and Google Business Profile
6. Experience handling clients directly, including status updates, feedback, and managing expectations
7. Excellent written and spoken English
8. Comfortable with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar
9. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and at least one SEO platform such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or SE Ranking
10. Experience working with US-based businesses, with law firms or other professional services a strong plus
11. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
12. Available to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (California), Monday to Friday
13. .Reliable remote setup and stable internet connection
