Full-Time | Remote | Sales-Oriented | Lead Follow-Up + Scheduling

We're hiring a high-performance, remote Appointment Setter to join our remote team.

This is NOT a passive receptionist role. We need someone who’s hungry to follow up, start meaningful conversations, qualify leads, and get calls booked consistently — all while being polished, professional, and reliable.

YOUR MISSION:
* Own the lead follow-up process. Call, text, and message prospects. Re-engage cold leads. Keep the calendar booked. And make sure every potential client feels seen, understood, and guided into the right next step. With clients - time is always of the essence. Must understand speed to lead is one of the most important factors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Make outbound calls and follow-ups to warm leads and inquiries
*Take inbound calls and messages from clients
*Message leads on social platforms, email, or SMS to start the conversation
*Handle basic objections and position the value of booking an appointment/call
*Schedule qualified leads directly into our calendar system
*Maintain CRM updates and track progress on each lead
*Respond to missed calls and messages promptly and professionally
*Send appointment confirmations and reminders
*Coordinate with internal teams for calendar and availability updates
*Manage the day to day client appointment reminders
*Answer client questions and concerns

REQUIREMENTS:
*Must have EXCELLENT English - fluent in both written and speaking
*Must be extremely self accountable
*Assertive, proactive, and confident in outreach
*Have at least 1-2 year of experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation
*Extremely organized and follow up like a pro
*Know how to build rapport with strangers quickly
*Comfortable using tools like Slack, Zoom, CRMs (GoHighLevel, Hubspot), Calendly
*Have strong Wi-Fi and a quiet setup for calls

CONTRACT DETAILS:
*Remote independent contractor role
*40–44 hours/week (US daytime hours – EST or PST)
*Long-term ongoing contract
