Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Marketplace PPC Expert to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid advertising across Amazon and Walmart. You will be responsible for scaling profitable growth, managing 5-figure monthly budgets, and maintaining a healthy TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sale) across both ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
-Campaign Management: Full-funnel execution of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads on Amazon, and Sponsored Search/Display on Walmart Connect.
-Strategic Optimization: Perform daily bid adjustments, keyword harvesting, and negative keyword pruning to maximize ROAS.
-Marketplace Synergy: Tailor strategies for each platform—adjusting for Walmart’s "first-price auction" vs. Amazon’s "second-price auction" dynamics.
-Data Analysis: Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Pacvue to track share of voice, competitor movement, and ranking improvements.
-Inventory Alignment: Closely monitor stock levels to ensure ad spend is paused or shifted to avoid "out-of-stock" penalties.
-Reporting: Deliver weekly performance deep-dives focusing on CVR (Conversion Rate), CTR, and Contribution Margin.
Required Qualifications
-Must Have Experience: 3+ years in Amazon PPC (Seller Central/Vendor Central) and 1+ years in Walmart Connect.
-Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and proficiency with 3rd-party automation tools (e.g., Helium 10, Perpetua).
-KPI Driven: Proven track record of lowering ACoS while increasing total account revenue.
