We are looking for a full-time PPC specialist with experience working within Google,
As we are a small business, we are looking for someone who can work independently and has a full understanding of what these platforms require to run our PPC. There will not be someone who will tell you what needs to be done. This position will require you to anticipate the needs for PPC.
We will require a monthly performance report, including ROAS and the tasks you handled that month. This report may be in the form of a Google Slides presentation. Depending on your performance, we may also require monthly or biweekly Google Meet or Zoo
PlaqueMaker will provide you with the creatives you need for the ads, as well as the current promotions we will be running each month. You will be able to work directly with an employee of our website department for any additional creatives that you might need.
We prefer someone who is willing to test audiences and figure out the best possible messaging and creatives that resonate with our customers. We are not looking for someone to simply schedule ads. You will be responsible for the messaging of those ads and identifying opportunities for growth.
To begin, you will be required to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM ET. You will be working closely with our Website Manager for anything within Google,
You may be asked to aid our Website department from time to time. As we are a small business, every employee is expected to be flexible and take on additional responsibilities that we did not expect. We will always ensure that any additional work does not interfere with your work with PPC or exceed your 40 hours per week.
Shopify hosts our website, but we use NetSuite as our backend. We primarily use Slack to communicate, but we will also use
Additional experience with SEO, creatives, and video editing would be ideal but not required. Upon application, please provide a resume and previous work experience. Any information you can provide on your performance for previous employers would be helpful.
Salary and Benefits:
The starting salary will be $1,000 USD per month, with the opportunity for an annual raise based on performance. There will also be a bonus at the end of your first year and at the end of each subsequent year you’re with the company. The bonus amount will also depend on performance.
After 6 months, you will receive 5 days of paid vacation time that you may use as you wish, including for vacation and illness. Each following year on that date, your 5 vacation days will renew. You will receive Christmas and New Year's Day off as paid days that will not count toward your 5 days. If either of those holidays falls on a weekend, you will be given a paid day off during the week to make up for it.
We also provide a 13th check in December.
We provide salaries through Wise on or before the 18th of each month.
About
We’re a small business located in the midwestern US that specializes in personalized plaques, awards, signs, and memorials. We’re a small company with around 25 employees. 5 of those employees are working remotely from the Philippines, and about 10 are remote but local in case we need them in the office. The rest are in our office full-time.
We work directly with consumers rather than only business-to-business. Our store is hosted on Shopify, but we also work inside of Amazon and Etsy. The majority of our customers are inside the US, but we offer select international shipping as well, but everything will be done in American English (AmE).
