JOB DESCRIPTION:
The PPC Associate will play a key role in supporting the launch and management of Google Ads and Local Service Ads campaigns. You’ll focus on launch administration, QA, request management, and ad hoc support tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career in digital marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience with paid media while being mentored by senior specialists and collaborating with multiple teams across the agency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Follow up with internal teams to gather client assets such as credit card details, billing information,
Conduct QA for all new campaigns, reviewing account setup, verifying conversion and call tracking, checking landing pages, and ensuring all platforms are properly connected before launch.
Support Local Service Ads launches by coordinating required business documentation, submitting verification requests, and monitoring progress until approval.
Manage incoming requests from client success and internal teams through the request board.
Blend task completion, task routing, and task follow-up to ensure requests are handled efficiently and on time.
Support strategic pivots such as new campaign launches or campaign angle changes by coordinating with tea
Monitor and troubleshoot billing or verification errors in ad accounts, coordinating with internal teams and clients to resolve them.
Assist with gathering documentation for verification processes.
Support ad hoc requests such as slide deck preparation, reporting needs, and campaign strategy changes.
Additional Responsibilities
Contribute to cross-team projects, process improvements, and new initiatives as assigned.
Take on new responsibilities and special projects as business needs evolve, with opportunities to learn and grow.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with some exposure to Google Ads or Meta Ads (internships or entry-level agency roles count).
-Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for day-to-day collaboration and reporting
-Familiarity with design and creative tools such as Canva, Creatopy, Munch, CapCut or similar
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Basic understanding of PPC concepts such as keywords, ad copy, and budgets.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
