PMHOA Pro is the leading outsourced business development partner helping home service providers (roofers, remediation, HVAC, cleaning, plumbing, landscaping, etc.) win relationships with Property Managers and HOAs across the U.S.

We are expanding our elite sales team and looking for a full-cycle Closer who can call inbound/warm opportunities, meet with them on Zoom, and close deals confidently.

// What You’ll Be Doing

You will own the full sales cycle:
- Calling qualified prospects already in our CRM or sourcing your own leads
- Running booked and self-scheduled meetings via Zoom (as needed)
- Conducting structured discovery conversations
- Presenting services, pricing, and territory options
- Handling objections with confidence
- Negotiating and finalizing agreements
- Handing off closed deals to onboarding and fulfillment

Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing and updating pipeline stages in HubSpot
- Calling unworked and follow-up leads in the queue
- Collaborating with sales team to increase show-up rates
- Reporting weekly numbers and deal progress

- Proven experience closing warm B2B leads
- Strong phone presence and comfort calling prospects directly
- Excellent discovery skills and active listening
- Ability to control the call without sounding pushy
- Confidence running full discovery ? offer ? objection ? close
- Organized, reliable, and process-driven with strong CRM discipline
- Data-focused mindset (show-up rate, close rate, revenue tracked)
- Ability to commit to consistent weekly availability
