We’re looking for a Phone Sales Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team! You’ll be speaking directly with warm leads — customers who are already interested in our products — and helping them take the final step to purchase.
This is a results-driven sales role with strong earning potential, training, and long-term growth for high performers.
Competitive hourly rate + uncapped sales bonuses
Full-time | 40 hrs/week | Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST (12:30 PM – 9:00 AM Manila time)

This is real sales — inbound calls, qualified leads, and customers ready to buy. Your job is to guide, educate, and close the sale.
YOU WILL:
* Handle inbound and follow-up sales calls with professionalism and confidence
* Identify customer needs and recommend the best products to close the deal
* Use persuasive communication to build trust and urgency
* Convert leads into paying customers — every call counts!
* Hit and exceed sales targets to unlock performance-based bonuses
* Continuously improve your skills, pitch, and close rate through training and coaching
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want sales hunters, not order takers — professionals who know how to connect, persuade, and close.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in phone-based or consultative sales (e-commerce preferred)
* Strong English communication skills — clear, confident, and conversational
* Results-driven mindset — motivated by hitting and exceeding sales goals
* Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and overcome objections
* Professional, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
* Reliable high-speed internet, PC/laptop, quality headset, and webcam
* Availability: Full-time | Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST (11:30 PM – 8:00 AM Manila)
