Urgent Hiring: We are currently looking for a skilled and Experienced AU Bookkeeper to join our growing team!
If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

What We're Looking For:

✅ Philippine Certified Public Accountant level - Active License

✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience working with an Australian-based accounting firm or business.

✅ Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Xero and Hubdoc.

✅ Experience with Joiin and Mayday is highly desirable and considered an advantage.

✅ Experience using AI-powered productivity tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.

✅ Strong experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Management Reporting, Statutory and Financial Reporting, Lease Accounting, and Intercompany Loan Reconciliations.

✅ Experience with Activity Statements or GST returns.

✅ Ability to manage high-volume invoice processing.

✅ Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced and growing
environment.

✅ Must be available to work during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) / Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) business hours, as required.

✅ Fully remote; candidates must have a reliable internet connection and provide their own equipment
