We are looking for a driven, fluent English-speaking SDR/BDM to join our growing international team.
This is a hybrid sales role where you will both generate qualified opportunities and help move deals toward closing. You will work directly with leadership to expand our presence across global markets including the US and Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and progress leads toward closing through inbound and outbound prospecting
- Own the early-to-mid sales cycle from first contact through discovery and proposal coordination.
- Conduct discovery and strategy calls with decision-makers to identify business needs.
- Set and manage appointments across multiple time zones while maintaining calendar accuracy.
- Support deal progression and closing efforts in collaboration with leadership.
- Track and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).

Requirements
- Proven experience in SDR, business development, or B2B sales.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong confidence on calls.

- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
