ABOUT US

My Australian businesses have been operating for about 20 years, and I'm looking for someone to become my PA and go-to person. You will work directly with me across day-to-day operations, accounts, admin, and digital tasks and help manage future VA's.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Core skills (required)

- Clear, confident written and spoken English
- Google Workspace — Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, Calendar
- Xero — invoicing, basic reconciliation, and reporting
- Calendar and diary management across timezones
- File and document organisation
- Following up on tasks and reporting back without being prompted
- Data entry with strong attention to detail
- Create, edit, and combine PDFs
- Online research — suppliers, competitors, fact-finding

Desirable skills (not required)

- WordPress site updates via browser
- Basic SEO content and on-page optimisation
- Social media scheduling and posting
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for drafting and research
- Basic graphic design (Canva or similar)
- CRM or project management tools (Trello, Notion, etc.)

- Xero for accounts
- PDF tools for editing and creating PDFs
- WhatsApp for communication and calls

- Good PC — please specify model, RAM, and HDD/SSD space
- Fast and stable internet — screenshot from speedtest.net required
- Webcam with working video and audio
- Google account
- WhatsApp installed
