We are seeking a reliable and detail - ordinated Personal Accountant to manage financial records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Proven experience in accounting and/ or personal finance management
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and capacity to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Trust Distribution Administration (within Australia)
- Personal Bookkeeping across multiple entities
- Rental Property Administration, including management of rental Income & expenses
- Bank, Loan, Interest, Credit Card & Reconciliations
- Financial record maintenance and document management
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders and following up on required information
- Preparation of simple financial reports and audit support documentation
