JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Performance Graphic Designer to create high-converting static ads for a fast-growing DTC beauty brand.

This role is focused on direct-response advertising — not general branding or organic social media design.

You should be able to understand a creative brief, identify the correct information hierarchy and visual format, and independently turn the strategy into a strong static ad designed for paid social.

Compensation includes a competitive monthly base salary plus performance-based bonuses for creatives that achieve meaningful results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create performance-focused static ads for Meta and other paid social channels based on creative briefs.
• Translate hooks, copy, offers, proof points, and product benefits into clear, compelling visual hierarchy.
• Select and adapt suitable layouts, swipe references, and proven ad formats for different creative concepts.
• Produce meaningful iterations of winning ads by testing headlines, visuals, layouts, proof elements, CTAs, and other variables.
• Use AI tools to create or edit models, facial expressions, skin details, gestures, product scenes, backgrounds, and other required assets.
• Work closely with Creative Strategists, respond quickly to feedback, and deliver organized editable files in the required formats.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience creating direct-response static ads for DTC or e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of typography, information hierarchy, readability, composition, and conversion-focused design.
• Able to understand and execute creative briefs independently — not just copy references mechanically.
• Experienced in producing multiple meaningful variations from one winning concept.
• Proficient in Figma and/or Photoshop, with strong practical experience using AI image-generation and editing tools.
• Strong attention to product accuracy, human anatomy, faces, hands, skin texture, lighting, and overall visual realism.
• Fast, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with frequent creative testing and revisions.
• Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or personal care experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to suggest controlled copy or wording variations is also a plus.

HOW TO APPLY

PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. APPLICATIONS THAT DO NOT FOLLOW THESE REQUIREMENTS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Please include the following:

1. Your portfolio link, preferably including direct-response static ads for paid social.
2. If you have worked with any beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or personal care brands, please specify the brand names and include links to relevant work.
3. Your CV or LinkedIn profile.
4. What is your current work situation? Are you employed full-time, working part-time, freelancing, or currently available?
5. When would you be available to start if selected?
6. What is your expected monthly salary in USD?
7. What design tools do you regularly use? Please specify your experience with Figma and/or Photoshop.
8. What AI image-generation or editing tools do you use? Briefly explain how you use them in your workflow.
9. From a clear creative brief with the necessary assets provided, how many NET-NEW STATIC AD CONCEPTS can you normally complete in one working day?
10. From an existing concept or winning ad, how many MEANINGFUL VARIATIONS can you normally complete in one working day?

Please do not count simple resizes or format adaptations as new creatives.

11. How long do you normally need to revise one static ad after receiving clear feedback?
12. Briefly explain how you would take one winning static ad and turn it into multiple genuinely different variations for further testing.

IMPORTANT

This role is specifically focused on performance advertising.

We are looking for designers who understand that a strong paid-social creative is not just visually attractive — it must communicate the right message quickly, establish a clear hierarchy, and support the intended conversion goal.

Applications without a relevant static-ad portfolio may not be considered.
