JOB OVERVIEW

FULL-TIME INSURANCE QUOTING AND ADMIN EXPERIENCE (REMOTE WORK – Texas, USA, CDT)

We are an established independent insurance agency in San Antonio, Texas, looking for a Full-Time Insurance Quoting and Admin experience to join our team.

Schedule: Full-time, 50+ hours per week PLUS Saturdays - Flexible hours between 9 AM–9 PM CDT (Texas Time) with breaks as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance quoting and admin for both personal lines (home, auto, renters, etc.) and commercial lines (contractor, BOP, lessor’s risk, apartments, restaurants, retail, service industries, etc...).
Sufficient with multiple carriers and the systems.
Proficient with Agency Matrix, MS 365, and quoting systems, etc...
Must be Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Dedicated, detail-oriented, self-motivated, time management, multi-tasks, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: Handle quotes for personal and commercial lines accurately and efficiently.
Manage CRM and daily tasks through Agency Matrix.
Use Timeproof for tracking work hours and productivity daily during work schedule.
Deliver excellent service and maintain a positive, professional attitude, transparent work for all tasks records daily.

Additional Details: Must agree to a non-compete commitment (exclusive employment).
Monthly salary paid via OnlineJobs.ph through your preferred provider by the 15th for one per month.
Hands-on training included, with opportunities for growth and bonuses.
