ABOUT US
We are a high-performing real estate team specializing in Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester. We focus on residential sellers and manage a large contact database through GoHighLevel CRM. We have documented SOPs and a structured training plan ready for you on Day 1.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Management & Database Organization (35% - 7 hrs/week)
Daily management of GoHighLevel CRM - this is your primary responsibility
Manage pipeline stages, tags, workflows, and automations in GHL
Organize and clean database: merge duplicates, fix errors, complete missing fields
Monitor SMS automations, drip campaigns, and ensure zero leads fall through the cracks
Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement (40% - 8 hrs/week)
Call our existing database of warm and cold contacts
Qualify seller leads and identify ready-to-list prospects
Schedule listing appointments for the team leader
Log every call and outcome immediately in GHL
Administrative & Coordination (25% - 5 hrs/week)
Calendar and appointment scheduling
Follow-up
End-of-day WhatsApp reports and weekly pipeline summaries
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience as a Real Estate VA (US market)
Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience - NON-NEGOTIABLE
Proven ability to organize and clean a real estate CRM database
C1 English level minimum
Comfortable with outbound calls to US contacts
Self-starter, no micromanagement needed
Reliable internet and professional home office
Available 4 hrs/day Mon-Fri overlapping US Eastern Time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
GoHighLevel power user: workflows, SMS automations, pipeline management, calendar booking, opportunity tracking
Experience migrating contacts into GoHighLevel from other CRMs
Experience with high-producing US real estate agents or teams
Knowledge of New York City real estate market
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
