PART-TIME META ADS SPECIALIST

Remote - Up to 25 Hours per Week - $15–$40 USD per Hour

We’re an education-focused company seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

This is a flexible, long-term part-time position requiring up to 25 hours per week, depending on campaign needs.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least two years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Proven results in lead generation, education, coaching, or digital-product campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyze CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Ability to test creatives, audiences, offers, copy, and landing pages
- Ability to optimize and scale campaigns independently
- Campaign screenshots, a portfolio, or verifiable performance results

ACTIVE ADVERTISERS HAVE AN ADVANTAGE

Candidates currently managing Meta Ads campaigns for other companies or clients will have an advantage. Active campaign experience helps advertisers stay current with:

- Meta algorithm and platform updates
- New campaign features and structures
- Changes in targeting, tracking, and attribution
- Current creative trends and testing strategies

You may continue working with other clients, provided those commitments do not affect your availability, responsiveness, work quality, or the performance of our campaigns.

COMPENSATION

$15–$40 USD per hour - based on your experience, demonstrated results, portfolio quality, and the advertising budgets you have successfully managed.
