JOB OVERVIEW

PART-TIME FUNNEL IMPLEMENTATION & MARKETING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

The CoParents Path is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to implement and maintain our funnels and digital marketing systems.

This is primarily an implementation role. The business owner will provide the marketing strategy, offers, messaging and core copy. Your responsibility will be to accurately build, format, organize, schedule and test the materials provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Funnel Implementation

Build landing pages using existing templates and brand guidelines
Add provided copy, images, forms and calls to action
Create thank-you and confirmation pages
Connect forms, calendars, tags, pipelines and automations
Load provided email and text-message sequences
Test every link, form, email and automation before publication
Maintain and update existing funnels
Identify and report broken links or technical issues

Marketing Administration

Upload and schedule approved social-media content
Maintain the marketing and content calendars
Format and upload approved blog posts and emails
Organize Canva graphics and marketing files
Update the attorney referral CRM using public business information
Track basic funnel, email, advertising and social-media metrics
Provide a concise weekly report showing what was completed, what remains pending and what is needed from Rita

COPY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is not primarily a copywriting position. You may be asked to:

Proofread provided copy for spelling, grammar and formatting
Adapt provided copy to fit different platform requirements
Create simple first drafts using an established template
Flag language that is unclear or inconsistent
Submit all copy and changes for approval before publishing

You will not be expected to independently develop offers, brand messaging, marketing strategy or sensitive clinical content.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience building funnels in Sassy Funnels or a similar platform
Experience with landing pages, forms, tags and email automations
Strong written English and close attention to detail
Familiarity with Canva, Google Drive and spreadsheets
Ability to follow written processes independently
Willingness to ask questions rather than make unsupported assumptions
Stable internet connection
Availability for one brief weekly meeting during Eastern Time business hours
Commitment to confidentiality and data security

HOURS AND COMPENSATION

Approximately five hours per week
Starting rate of $5 USD per hour
Initial 30-day paid trial
Opportunity for increased hours and compensation based on performance and business needs
