PART-TIME COLD CALLER – SAAS

Part-Time | 10 Hours/Week | Work From Home | $5/Hour + Commission

We’re looking for a reliable, confident cold caller from the Philippines to help us introduce our software to US home-service businesses that use Thumbtack.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

SwiftReplAI automatically responds to new Thumbtack leads within seconds.

Thumbtack leads often go unanswered because business owners are working, driving, or have their hands full. Our software helps them respond immediately so they have a better chance of winning the job.

We’re an early-stage SaaS company, so your feedback will directly help us improve the script and sales process. If the campaign is working, there will be opportunities for more hours and increased earnings.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to US home-service businesses
• Call during agreed-upon US Eastern Time business hours
• Ask a simple qualifying question to find out if they use Thumbtack for leads
• Have a short, natural conversation and listen to their response
• Ask permission to text them a link to our free trial
• Send the trial link using a provided template
• Follow up with interested prospects when needed
• Log every call in a shared tracking sheet

For each call, you’ll record the outcome:

• No answer
• Voicemail
• Not interested
• Doesn’t use Thumbtack
• Interested
• Asked for more information
• Trial link sent
• Follow-up needed

If someone says no, we also want you to record useful feedback about why they weren’t interested whenever possible.

You will NOT be expected to aggressively sell or pressure people.

The goal is simple:

Find Thumbtack users → identify whether the problem is relevant → offer the free trial → send the link if they’re interested.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Clear, easy-to-understand spoken English
• Comfortable speaking with American business owners
• Previous cold-calling or telemarketing experience preferred
• B2B sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet workspace and good headset
• Available during an agreed-upon US Eastern Time schedule
• Organized and able to accurately track calls
• Comfortable hearing “no” repeatedly
• Coachable and willing to improve based on feedback

You don’t need to be an expert salesperson.

We’ll provide the script, calling system, US phone number, trial link, and basic training.

We’re mainly looking for someone who is comfortable talking to people, reliable, consistent, and willing to learn.

PAY

Starting pay: $5/hour

Plus commission for every paying customer you generate.

For now, you’ll be selling our $29/month plan.

We also have higher-priced plans, but you will NOT be expected to sell those initially.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

• 10% of the customer’s first month payment
• 5% of their monthly payment for the following 12 months
• Commission is paid only while the customer remains an active paying subscriber

For a $29/month customer:

First month: $2.90 commission
Months 2–13: $1.45/month

This means you can continue earning from customers you bring in even after the initial sale.

If you consistently generate paying customers, your hours and earning potential can increase.

TWO-WEEK PAID TRIAL

We’ll start with a paid two-week trial period.

Initial schedule:

2 hours/day × 5 days/week = 10 hours/week

Target:

Approximately 500 outbound calls per week

During the trial, we’ll be looking at:

• Number of calls completed
• Quality of conversations
• Number of interested prospects
• Number of free trials generated
• Number of paying customers
• Call notes and feedback
• Reliability and consistency
• Ability to follow and improve the script

We’re not expecting perfection during the first two weeks.

We’re looking for someone who can consistently make the calls, have good conversations, learn from feedback, and produce results.

If the results are promising, we’ll continue working together and can increase your hours and earning potential.

THE CALL

You’ll be provided with a short script.

The conversation will start with something like:

“Hey, is this Mike? My name’s [your name] with SwiftReplAI. Quick question — do you use Thumbtack for leads?”

If they say yes:

“When a new lead comes in and you’re in the middle of a job, how long does it usually sit before it gets answered?”

From there, you’ll have a short conversation and, if they’re interested, ask permission to text them the free-trial link.

The goal isn’t to give a long sales pitch.

Ask the question, listen, and have a natural conversation.

WHO WE SELL TO

You’ll primarily be calling US home-service businesses such as:

• Movers
• Handymen
• Junk removal companies
• TV mounting companies
• Cleaning companies
• Other service businesses that use Thumbtack

You’ll primarily be speaking with business owners or people responsible for getting new customers.
