Parked Innovations is a US-based company operating the Dwell Behind the Shield program — a national initiative that provides vehicle dash privacy shields to individuals and families enrolled in safe parking programs across the United States. Our mission is to protect the privacy, safety, and dignity of vehicle-dwelling Americans while connecting purpose-driven brands to a meaningful sponsorship opportunity.
We are expanding our sponsorship program and are looking for a results-driven, high-energy Sponsorship Outreach VA to help us grow. Your primary focus will be targeting Shark Tank alumni companies — brands that already understand mission-driven marketing, ROI, and the power of community impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sponsorship Outreach VA you will be the first point of contact between Parked Innovations and our prospective sponsors. You will research, reach out to, and pitch Shark Tank alumni brands on becoming official Dwell Behind the Shield sponsors. This role is part outreach specialist, part relationship builder, and part closer.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Research and build targeted prospect lists of Shark Tank alumni companies using LinkedIn, company websites, and public databases
- Send personalized cold outreach
- Make follow-up calls to prospects using Aircall from a dedicated US phone number
- Leave professional voi
- Pitch Dwell Behind the Shield sponsorship tiers confidently and handle objections professionally
- Book discovery calls and present sponsorship opportunities to warm leads
- Manage and update the Zoho CRM pipeline daily with all call and
- Send a brief end-of-shift report every day covering calls made,
- Attend a weekly 30-minute video check-in with the Parked Innovation tea
SCHEDULE
This is a part-time role at 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday (4 hours per day). Core working hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) to ensure overlap with US business hours for prospect calls. Filipino candidates accustomed to US BPO overnight shifts are strongly encouraged to apply. There is a clear path to full-time (40 hours per week) for top performers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Strong written and spoken English — you will be
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting
- Comfortable reaching out to founders, CMOs, and marketing directors directly
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to hit daily output targets independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
- Available to work 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PDT Monday through Friday
Preferred (Strong Advantage):
? Direct experience with Aircall for outbound calling
? Direct experience with Zoho CRM or HubSpot for pipeline management
? Background in BPO, call center, or US-facing sales accounts
? Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools such as Dripify or Sales Navigator
? Prior sponsorship sales, partnership outreach, or cause-based marketing experience
